30-DAY PROGRAM
Build less. Learn faster. Grow smarter.
AI makes building faster but speed doesn't matter
if you're building the wrong thing.
I don’t know
what to build first.
I have an idea I believe in, but too many questions come with it.
Who really needs it? What should the MVP include? What can I leave out? I don’t want to spend months and money building something before knowing if I’m solving the right problem.
NEXT SPRINT · OCTOBER
I built it. Now I need to know if it works.
I have something real, but I still don’t have enough answers.
Are users understanding it? Where are they getting stuck? Where can AI create real value in my product? I need evidence, not more assumptions, before deciding where to invest next.
I know something is holding it back.
My product is live, but growth, conversion or engagement isn’t where it should be.
I don’t want another redesign based on opinions. I need to find the real friction, understand what matters most and improve the parts that can actually move the product forward.
The goal isn't to do more. It's to focus on what matters most.
-
You see countless possibilities, but not all of them deserve your time. The challenge is finding the opportunity with the strongest potential.
-
More features, more screens and more AI don't necessarily create more value. You know what you want to offer, but you're not sure users will see the same value.
-
AI can help you move from idea to prototype in hours. It can't tell you whether you're solving the right problem.
-
Time, money and people are limited. You need to know where to focus your effort and what can wait.
-
Something isn't clicking. Users may be confused, dropping off or not reaching the value you intended. Find the friction before adding more features.
-
You have ideas, feedback and data, but no clear direction. Bring everything together, prioritise what matters and decide what to do next.
AI makes it easier to explore, create and move fast. But more possibilities can mean more noise, more confusion, more decisions and faster movement in an uncertain direction.
Ready to find out what matters most?
Tell me where you are, what you're trying to solve and where you see the biggest opportunity.

DISCOVER THE 30-DAY PROGRAM
Understand
Question what you think you know.
Every stage comes with assumptions: about your users, your value proposition, your product or what needs to change next.
We step back and look at the bigger picture: your business goals, your users, your current experience and the decisions you're facing. We challenge the assumptions behind them to uncover blind spots, opportunities and the questions that really need answering.
Before deciding what to do next, we make sure we're solving the right problem.
Choose
Focus on what matters most.
Whether you need to define an MVP, decide what to improve or figure out where your product is losing momentum, you can't focus on everything at once.
We bring the possibilities into focus and identify where your effort can create the most value eg. balancing user needs, business goals and the reality of your resources. Some things will move forward. Others will wait.
The goal is a clear priority, not a longer to-do list.
Shape
Turn the right direction into something real.
An idea needs shape. An MVP needs refinement. An existing product may need a better experience. In every case, the fastest way to learn is to make the opportunity tangible.
We shape the experience around the priority we've identified from the core journey and interaction to UX, UI and prototype. We create enough of the right thing to make it possible to react, question and learn.
Not more design. The right design for the question you're trying to answer.
Hi, I’m Martina
and I will be your facilitator.
Independent Design Lead with 17+ years of experience helping organisations turn complex problems into clear, human-centred digital products and services.
Since 2008, I’ve worked as a consultant and independent designer with global brands and interdisciplinary teams, including Kartell, Pirelli, Chanel, Deutsche Bank and Médecins Sans Frontières.
Over the years, I’ve worked across different markets, industries and stages of product development from exploring new opportunities to shaping digital products, improving existing experiences and helping teams decide what deserves their attention.
My focus is not simply on making products look or work better. It’s on understanding what matters, challenging assumptions and connecting user needs with business goals, so teams can make better decisions with greater confidence.
That’s what I bring to the 30-Day Product Sprint Program: 17+ years of experience, a human-centred approach and a practical focus on turning uncertainty into something you can test, learn from and act on.
One month. One focused challenge. One clear next step.
