Hi, I’m Martina
and I will be your mentor.
Independent Design Lead with +15 years of experience in crafting digital products and team’s processes for global clients and interdisciplinary teams,
Since 2008, I have been working as a freelance entrepreneur and consultant where I worked with important brands Kartell, Pirelli, Chanel, Deutsche Bank, Médecins Sans Frontières, and many others.
Since 2019 I living in Amsterdam, collaborating with teams across various European cities between Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, and Ireland full remotely.
My primary objective is to help my clients and teams align their business goals with delivering the best user experience possible and in the meanwhile to level up the design team’s skills and increase confidence in each to achieve the goals as a team.
